It was good and we enjoyed our stay.
Behaviour of staffs, breakfast, dinner, location
Water quality at the washroom should be improved. More fruits should have been served in the breakfast. Washroom was pretty cold.

Very Good
Close to Dal Lake. The staff were friendly and helpful and booked taxis and tours for me. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The WiFi was free and reliable. Breakfast buffet was included in the rate.
The restaurant opening hours in the evening. It didn’t open until 8.15pm. The only drink available with your meal was water.

Good
We took a family room which had two interconnected rooms, which worked out quiet well foe us. The hotel is a basic one but quiet neat and clean. It was centrally heated and it was overall a very comfortable stay.

The room were clean and the staff were very friendly. They were so caring for elderly
The room were clean and the staff were very friendly. They were so caring for elderly mother that they allow us to change the room as the heating system was not functioning well. The only setback is the lobby and passage way to the rooms are not equipped with heater system and the temperature was almost -4 Deg outside and we were freezing. Overall the food and staff was great. We like to thank Nasir and whole team for hospitality. We shall return again perhaps in summer the next time.
